Privacy Policy
Effective 21 September 2026
Short version: Benot does not collect, store on servers, share or sell any personal data. There are no accounts, no ads, no analytics and no tracking.
What stays on your device
Your progress (levels passed, stars, XP, streak, records, the items you find difficult) and your settings are stored only on your device, inside the app. They are included in your own iPhone backup if you have backups enabled. We have no access to them. Deleting the app deletes this data.
On-device assessment
If you open the optional written assessment after the level test, it is generated on your device using Apple's on-device language model where available. Your answers are not sent anywhere.
Notifications
Practice reminders are local notifications scheduled on your device. No push service or server is involved.
Feedback e-mail
If you choose to send feedback, your mail app opens a message to [email protected]. It contains what you write plus your app version, iOS version, device model and language. We use it only to reply and to fix problems, and delete it when no longer needed.
Children
Benot contains no ads, purchases, external links to social networks, or data collection, and is suitable for all ages.
Third parties
Benot includes no third-party SDKs. The App Store itself is governed by Apple's privacy policy.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with a new effective date.
